Refunds & Cancellations

1. REFUND POLICY

Refunds apply to the 2 subscription plans as described below:

  1. Monthly Recurring Plan - For the monthly subscription plan, payments are recurring each month and the platform provides an automatic monthly renewal service. If a User chooses to cancel the service through the platform interface, the platform will stop the auto-renewal. However, once a payment is charged within the subscription period, it shall not be refunded.

  2. 1 Year Subscription Plan - We do not currently offer refunds on the purchase of a year of Ragya Premium.

General notes on refunds:

The Platform makes every effort to provide the service(s) to you as per the specifications mentioned against each service purchased by you from the Platform. However if, due to any reasons, we are unable to provide to you the service you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund but which shall be subject on the following situations:

  1. In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on the platform.

  2. In case of refund, the amount will be deposited in your bank account within 7 working days.

  3. The refund amount shall not include the GST component.

  4. The refund amount shall exclude 2% as the payment gateway fees.

Note: All prices are inclusive of 18% GST


2. CANCELLATION

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any service / order(s):

  • If it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or

  • If it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or

  • If the Company does not want to do business with the User


3. EXCHANGE

Our Company does not support exchanges therefore no exchange is allowed.


4. FORCE MAJEURE

The Platform shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is beyond the reasonable control of a party, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, a could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects.
